We believe that the word “feast” doesn’t need to be reserved for holidays or weddings. A feast is simply what happens when good food meets good company. It is a mindset. It is the decision to make a Tuesday night pasta dish taste abundant, look beautiful, and bring people together.
We are Margot, Juliet, Isla, Carmen, Adele, Blaire, and Simone. We are a collective of seven passionate creators who believe that the kitchen is the heart of a generous life.
Our Philosophy: The Open Table
At Savor Feasts, we don’t believe in “food fuel.” We believe in sensory experiences. We want you to smell the herbs before they hit the pan, hear the sear of the meat, and see the vibrant colors on the platter.
Our mission is to help you cook with generosity. Whether you are feeding a family of four or hosting a dinner party of twelve, we want to give you the confidence to put big, bold, beautiful platters of food in the center of the table and watch them disappear.
The Collective Kitchen
How do seven women run one food blog? We operate as a Culinary Workshop.
We don’t stay in lanes here. There are no “just photographers” or “just recipe writers.” We are all creators. Every recipe you see on Savor Feasts is the result of seven different perspectives coming together to ensure perfection.
- We Test for Abundance: We ask ourselves one question before publishing: Does this feel like a feast? If a recipe feels stingy or lackluster, it doesn’t make the cut. We ensure every dish delivers on flavor, portion, and “wow” factor.
- We Cook in Rounds: A recipe idea is thrown into the ring. Margot might suggest a roast, but Blaire will push for a modern glaze, and Carmen will insist on testing the cooking time until it is precise. We cook, taste, debate, and cook again.
- We Capture the Mood: We believe photography is part of the recipe. We all pick up the camera to show you not just what the food looks like, but how it feels. We want you to see the texture of the bread and the gloss of the sauce.

Margot Vance
Founder & Feast Creator Founding Savor Feasts was my way of celebrating the art of generous cooking. I believe that food should be abundant, flavorful, and memorable. I personally cook, test, and photograph our recipes to ensure they bring a sense of occasion to your table, whether it is a simple dinner or a grand holiday celebration.


Juliet Sterling
The Flavor Architect Creating rich, complex flavors is my obsession, though I am just as passionate about capturing them through the lens. I develop recipes that taste like they simmered all day but are actually achievable for any home cook. I cooked and styled this dish to ensure the flavors are balanced and the presentation inspires you.
I’m Isla Banks
The Visual Storyteller We eat with our eyes first, so I strive to make every dish look as bountiful as it tastes. I work on every stage of the process, from sourcing the freshest ingredients to styling the final shot. I tested this recipe repeatedly to provide you with the visual inspiration and reliability you need to cook with confidence.


I’m Carmen Rhoades
The Technique Expert Precision is key to a perfect feast, and I apply that rigor to everything I do here. I am deeply involved in measuring, timing, and refining the techniques behind our recipes. I’m Adele Mercer
