In a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, fruit jam, milk, and vanilla. Mix until you achieve a smooth consistency. If the mixture feels too thick, you can add a little more milk until it reaches your desired thickness.
Once well combined, evenly divide the mixture between 6 to 8 Dixie cups or popsicle molds. I personally recommend using Dixie cups, as the popsicles come out much easier than from traditional molds.
After filling the cups, insert popsicle sticks into the center of each cup. Make sure they are centered to ensure easy handling later.
Place the cups in the freezer and allow the popsicles to freeze for about 4 hours or overnight for the best results. You want them to be completely firm.
If you'd like to create layered popsicles, pour 2 to 3 different flavors of the yogurt mixture into each mold before inserting the sticks. Just make sure to freeze each layer for at least an hour before adding the next.
When the popsicles are fully frozen, it’s time to enjoy! To remove them, simply run the outside of the molded cup under hot water for about 10 seconds to loosen them.
Gently pull the popsicles out from the molds or cups. If they feel stuck, a little twist can help release them!
Serve them immediately, or store the popsicles in a freezer bag for later enjoyment. Trust me, they won’t last long!
