  • 24 ounces Marinara Sauce (1 jar)
  • 19 ounces Tortellini (frozen)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 bunch Freshly Chopped Parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350˚F.
  2. In a large, oven-safe skillet, add the ground beef. Cook it over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned and cooked through.
  3. Drain any excess grease and return the skillet to the heat. Add the marinara sauce and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the tortellini and toss to coat in the sauce mixture.
  5. Cover the top with mozzarella cheese and transfer it to the oven.
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
