- Place the portobello mushrooms on a baking sheet, gill side up.
- Spoon 2 ounces of crumbled blue cheese into each mushroom cap.
- Top each with 1 teaspoon of bread crumbs.
- Bake the mushrooms for 20 minutes, or until they are tender and the cheese is melted.
