Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz light cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups fresh cherries
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk together until well combined.
  2. Combine cherries and lemon juice. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy whipping cream and vanilla until peaks form.
  4. Fold in cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk mixture.
  5. Fold in cherries.
  6. Transfer to a freezer-safe container that has a lid.
  7. Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter.
  8. Drop in clumps on top of ice cream mixture and fold in gently keeping the clumps together.
  9. Place lid on container and freeze until it reaches ice cream consistency.
