Preheat your oven to 425℉.
In a medium bowl, combine the ground almonds, all-purpose flour, and unsalted butter. Use a spoon to blend until smooth.
Add in the salt, cayenne pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are fully integrated.
Next, take your chicken breasts and pound them lightly to even out their thickness.
Generously spread the almond butter mixture over each breast.
Sprinkle the slivered or sliced almonds on top of the coated chicken.
Place the prepared chicken in a buttered baking dish.
Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Once cooked through, pull the dish out of the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
