Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Browned Hamburger grease drained
  • 1 piece Yellow Onion
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Chipotle Powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Red Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 15 oz Tomato Sauce
  • 2 15 oz Chicken Stock
  • 1 14.5 oz Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  • 2 15.5 oz Kidney Beans drained

Method
 

  1. Brown your hamburger meat and drain the grease. Add the hamburger to your slow cooker.
  2. Add your chopped yellow onion and butter to your skillet and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add your onion to the slow cooker.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to your slow cooker and stir well.
  4. Cook on high for 4 hours.
  5. Serve with sour cream, cheese & green onions and enjoy!
