Ingredients
  

  • 10 mushrooms mushrooms chopped small
  • 1 bunch green onions diced
  • 1 bunch cilantro leaves only, chopped
  • 8 oz chestnuts chopped small
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • to serve lettuce for serving

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine mushrooms, green onions, cilantro, water chestnuts, and ground chicken breast. Mix until incorporated.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add canola oil. Cook until shimmering.
  3. Add chicken mixture to the skillet. Cook until chicken is just done, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and Sriracha. Stir until combined; cook for an additional minute.
  5. Remove from heat and serve the mixture in lettuce leaves.
