Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar light
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup peanut butter smooth
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • cup cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup peanuts chopped honey-roasted
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup peanut butter chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In the bowl of an electric stand mixer, mix together butter, brown sugar, sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add eggs to mixer one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Combine flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt. Slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture.
  5. Stir in chopped honey roasted peanuts, chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips.
  6. Scoop dough using a large cookie scoop or ice cream scoop. Place on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool on a baking rack.
