Ingredients
  

  • 1 jar Pasta Sauce 24 ounces
  • ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Great Value Organic
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts thawed
  • 1 package pasta cooked, 17.6 ounces
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish
  • basil for garnish

Method
 

  1. Line your crockpot with a slow cooker liner or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place pasta sauce in the bottom of a crockpot.
  3. Add red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt and stir.
  4. Place the chicken breasts on top the sauce. Turn a few times to coat.
  5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 1/2 to 4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
  6. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  7. When chicken is cooked, slice or shred using two forks.
  8. Return to crockpot with sauce until pasta is ready.
  9. Serve pasta with chicken marinara and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
  10. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
