Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Chicken wings If using whole wings, cut into flats and drumettes; discard tips.
  • 2 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne
  • ¼ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the olive oil.
  3. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, cayenne, and black pepper.
  4. Coat each wing in the almond flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  5. Arrange the wings in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  6. Cook for 14 to 16 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Serve immediately with a side of celery and carrot sticks, along with your favorite dipping sauces.
