  • Basmati rice for serving

Method
 

  1. Start by heating the olive oil in a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Once the oil is shimmering, add the diced chicken breast to the pan and sauté for about five minutes until golden brown.
  3. Pour in the butter chicken curry simmer sauce and stir to coat the chicken.
  4. Let it simmer for about fifteen minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Spoon the Easy Butter Chicken over fluffy basmati rice.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
