  • 1.5 cups Fresh strawberries

  1. Wash and dry the berries. Remove the stems and slice. You’ll want at least 1 cup of sliced berries. Add to a blender. Blend until very smooth.

Notes

  • Storage: Store it in the fridge in small airtight containers for up to 3 days.
  • Freezing: Freeze small portions in an ice cube tray, then transfer the cubes to a freezer bag. Freeze for up to 3 months.
