- Add into a powerful blender the frozen raspberries, honey, half the cold water, and creamed coconut. Blend until frothy and smooth.
- Pour into glasses and rinse the blender.
- Add the frozen blackberries and remaining cold water and blend until smooth. Pour over the raspberry smoothie.
- Serve immediately with fresh mint leaves on top.
