Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup low-fat honey vanilla yogurt divided use
  • 2/3 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons granola

Method
 

  1. Start by taking a small, clear glass and spoon in 1/4 cup of low-fat honey vanilla yogurt at the bottom. Make sure it’s nice and even.
  2. Next, take 1/3 cup of the chopped fresh strawberries and scatter them over the yogurt layer.
  3. Then, add 1/2 tablespoon of fresh blueberries on top of the strawberries.
  4. Now, you’ll want to add another layer of low-fat honey vanilla yogurt using 1/4 cup.
  5. To finish off this layer, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of granola on top.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to build a second parfait.
