Start by taking a small, clear glass and spoon in 1/4 cup of low-fat honey vanilla yogurt at the bottom. Make sure it’s nice and even.
Next, take 1/3 cup of the chopped fresh strawberries and scatter them over the yogurt layer.
Then, add 1/2 tablespoon of fresh blueberries on top of the strawberries.
Now, you’ll want to add another layer of low-fat honey vanilla yogurt using 1/4 cup.
To finish off this layer, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of granola on top.
Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to build a second parfait.
