Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cabbage small, diced
  • 2 Cucumber large, diced
  • 4 Green Onions sliced thin
  • 1 Spinach Leaves cup, fresh
  • 1 Basil Leaves cup, fresh
  • ¼ Olive Oil cup
  • ¼ Walnuts cup
  • 3 Lemon Juice tablespoons
  • 2 Rice Vinegar tablespoons
  • 1 Garlic tablespoon minced
  • 1 Salt teaspoon
  • Tortilla Chips for serving

Method
 

  1. Mix together diced cabbage, diced cucumbers, and thinly sliced green onions in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
  2. Add fresh spinach, fresh basil, olive oil, walnuts, lemon juice, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and salt to a food processor and process on high until smooth.
  3. Pour Green Goddess dressing on top of vegetable greens in the bowl and mix well.
  4. Serve Green Goddess Salad immediately or cover and refrigerate, letting flavors mingle and stirring before serving.
