Combine all ingredients: Start by adding 2 ½ cups of whole milk powder, 2 cups of powdered sugar, 1 ¼ cups of cocoa powder, 4 ounces of chopped white chocolate, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, and ¾ teaspoon of kosher salt into a large food processor or blender. Pulse the mixture until everything is well combined and has a uniform texture. It’s important to make sure there are no lumps, as you want a smooth hot chocolate.
Store: Once the mixture is blended, transfer it to a jar or airtight container. It can be stored in a cool, dry place until you’re ready to use it. I like to leave it in my pantry for easy access whenever a hot chocolate craving hits!
Combine with hot water or milk: When you’re ready for a cozy cup, measure out 1/3 cup of the hot chocolate mix and add it to 1 cup of hot water or milk in a mug. Stir thoroughly to ensure it’s well mixed, and you’ll notice how it blends beautifully.
Add toppings: If you’re feeling indulgent, top your hot chocolate with whipped cream or chocolate shavings for an extra treat. You can also sprinkle some cinnamon or marshmallows for a festive touch. Enjoy your homemade creation!
