  • 8 ounces Kale Sprouts
  • 6 cloves Garlic Cloves peeled and halved
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese fresh grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the kale sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise. If you have larger sprouts, you might need to cut them into thirds or quarters to ensure even cooking.
  3. On a baking sheet, place the halved kale sprouts along with the garlic cloves. Make sure they’re spread out evenly.
  4. Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil. Toss them gently to coat.
  5. Roast the mixture for 12 minutes.
  6. After 12 minutes, toss to ensure even cooking and return for another 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Sprinkle fresh grated Parmesan cheese over the roasted sprouts and garlic, and toss to combine.
  9. Serve warm.
