Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • cup butter unsalted
  • cup powdered sweetener Allulose is best, but any powdered sweetener works in the recipe.
  • ½ cup whey protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • pinch salt if your peanut butter is unsalted

Equipment

  • 5x7 inch tray

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter and stir all ingredients together with a fork.
  2. Line the tray with parchment paper and pour in the mix.
  3. Freeze for 40 minutes or until set.
  4. Cut into 1.5-inch squares using a sharp knife. Store in the freezer.

  • Makes: 16 fudge squares weighing 20g each.

  • Tip: My tray was larger; use a scrunched-up piece of aluminum foil to adjust size.
