Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and set aside.
In a large skillet brown the hamburger over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the onion, minced garlic, 1 Tablespoon parsley flakes, garlic salt, oregano, and tomato sauce to the skillet and simmer for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine cottage cheese, eggs, salt, 2 Tablespoons parsley flakes, and Parmesan cheese.
When the meat mixture is done simmering, spread ½ cup of hamburger mixture on the bottom of the prepared pan. Place three prepared lasagna noodles side by side on top of the meat mixture. Top with half of meat mixture, half of cheese mixture, then half of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layer except leave off the Mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove from oven and top with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and let stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.
