  • 8 cups Chicken Broth

  • 0.25 teaspoons Poultry Seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoons Tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 leaves Bay Leaves

  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 4 tablespoons Melted Butter or shortening
  • 1 cup Buttermilk

Method
 

  1. Start by heating 2 tablespoons of **olive oil** in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Remove the **chicken** from the pot and set it aside.
  3. Return the browned **chicken** to the pot.
  4. Cover and bring to a boil.
  5. Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer and cover the pot.
