- In a stand mixer, combine 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
- With a spatula, fold in 8 oz thawed Cool Whip and 20 crushed OREO Cookies until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl. Serve immediately with pretzel thins, Nilla Wafers, and graham crackers, or cover and refrigerate until needed.
Notes
- Crushing Cookies: Place the OREO Cookies in a zip-top bag, removing any air from the bag.
- Techniques: Using a rolling pin, firmly press down on the OREO Cookies in the bag.
- Crush Thoroughly: Continue to roll over the bag until the cookies are crushed into small pieces.
