  • 2 pounds sirloin steak thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Stone House Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 1 medium sweet onion thinly sliced

  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices Provolone cheese

Equipment

Method

  1. Season the **sirloin steak** with **Stone House Seasoning** and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour up to 3 days.

  3. Add another tablespoon of **olive oil** to the skillet and cook the **steak** for about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  4. Slice the hoagie rolls open to create a pocket. Return the caramelized **onions** and **peppers** to the skillet for a warm-up, then spoon them into the rolls.
