Method
- Combine cashews and almonds in a food processor and process until a fine, grainy consistency.
- Add all other ingredients, and process until a dough begins to form. If the mixture seems too dry, add in a teaspoon or two of water or more pumpkin puree.
- Roll into bite-sized balls and chill for about 20 to 30 minutes to set.
- Enjoy!

- If these seem dry at all, add a bit more pumpkin puree!
