Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb green beans fresh, rinsed and trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • cup parmesan shredded
  • ½ tsp cracked pepper
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper optional
  • ¼ tsp sea salt more to taste
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, or right on a baking sheet, toss together all ingredients to evenly coat green beans.
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, shifting the green beans around halfway through.
  4. Remove green beans from oven, sprinkle with extra parmesan if desired and enjoy!
