  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes drained
  • 16 ounces Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 1 can chopped green chilies 4 1/2-ounce
  • 2 cans seasoned black-eyed peas 15.5-ounce, undrained
  • sliced green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Combine the first four ingredients in a 4 to 5-quart slow cooker and stir.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring halfway through.
