Ingredients

  • 200 grams plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 50 grams rolled oats
  • 140 grams strawberries

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Cutting Board
  • Whisk
  • Wooden Spoon

Method

  1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients. It’s essential to have them ready so that the process flows smoothly. You’ll need Greek yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla extract, peanut butter, rolled oats, and fresh strawberries.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and peanut butter. Make sure to get this mixture well combined.
  3. Add the rolled oats and diced strawberries to the bowl. Gently stir until all the ingredients are coated in the yogurt mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a jar or an airtight container. This makes it easy to store in the fridge.
  5. Cover the jar with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours, ideally overnight.
  6. When you’re ready to enjoy your Strawberry Overnight Oats, simply take them out of the fridge. You can add additional strawberries or a drizzle of honey on top if you like it sweeter.
  7. Dig in and enjoy your healthy breakfast! Each spoonful will remind you why this recipe is a staple in my kitchen.

Notes

Overnight oats are fantastic made the night before, but once made this recipe will store in your fridge for up to four days. It’s equally lovely as a snack or mid-week dessert.
