Add your spices: 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika, 2 teaspoons of chili powder, 2 teaspoons of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon of coriander, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 2 teaspoons of granulated garlic. Don’t forget to sprinkle in 1 1/2 teaspoons of kosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper, and if you like a kick, 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Place the formed meatballs on a rimmed baking sheet that you’ve lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Make sure to leave about 2 inches of space between each meatball to allow for even cooking.
