Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Watermelon diced seedless
  • 3 oz Feta crumbled
  • 3 cups Arugula baby
  • 1/4 small Red Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher Salt
  • Fresh Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. Divide the dressing equally between 4 pint sized glass jars. Divide and layer the onion, feta, watermelon and finish with 3/4 cup arugula.
